Yes. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute strategy call — no pitch and no obligation. We use it to understand your business and tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
Retainers start at PKR 45K/mo for SEO + GEO, PKR 60K for social media management, and PKR 80K for performance marketing. Project work such as websites starts from PKR 250K, branding from PKR 150K, and video from PKR 30K. Custom SaaS is quoted per project from PKR 400K. We don’t take on brands looking to spend under PKR 50K/mo total — there isn’t enough room to deliver real results below that.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each cycle. Project work is typically 50% up front and 50% on delivery. All fees are handled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless agreed otherwise. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for deposit and cancellation terms.
Yes. Every retainer is month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. We earn the renewal each month — no 12-month lock-ins and no exit fees. If we stop delivering value, you walk.
Yes. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Every new engagement also has a 48-hour cooling-off period with a full refund. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Everything is delivered digitally — there is no physical shipping. Depending on the service, delivery is via email, shared cloud storage, a live URL, a code repository, or access to a dashboard or platform. Typical timeframes: websites and apps 4–6 weeks, branding 2–4 weeks, video 1–3 weeks, marketing retainers begin within 5–7 business days, and SaaS access within 1 business day. Our marketing retainers are monthly subscriptions billed in advance, and our SaaS products such as Zyniq Sync are subscription products. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using your payment method on file so delivery continues without interruption, and you can cancel at any time — access or service continues until the end of the cycle you’ve already paid for.
Typical onboarding is 7–14 days from kickoff to first ad in market. The bottleneck is usually tracking setup and creative approval on your side — once we have access and content, we move fast.
The strategist, designer, and ad ops lead who pitch you are the same people running your account. No bait-and-switch to junior staff after onboarding. You’ll have direct access via a dedicated Slack or WhatsApp channel.
Every Friday: a written breakdown plus a live dashboard you can check any time. We report on the metrics that actually matter to your business — revenue, MQLs, ROAS — not impressions or vanity engagement.
