By accessing zyniqmedia.com (the “Site”) or signing a service agreement with Zyniq Media, you accept these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or our services.
Zyniq Media (“Zyniq”, “we”, “us”) is a digital marketing studio based in Karachi, Pakistan. Our services include performance marketing, SEO, social media management, Google Ads, website and app design, branding, video production, and custom SaaS product builds.

Our marketing and SaaS services are delivered under a separate written agreement that covers scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Marketing terms displayed on the Site are indicative; the binding terms are in the signed agreement.
Retainer engagements are month-to-month. Either party may cancel by giving 30 days' written notice via email to [email protected]. Fees for the notice period remain payable.
Final deliverables (designs, ad creative, written content, code) that you've paid for in full become your property on the date of full payment. Until then, all IP remains with Zyniq Media. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
The Site itself, the Zyniq logo, and all brand materials remain the property of Zyniq Media and are protected by Pakistani and international IP law.
Anything you share with us in the course of an engagement — trade secrets, business strategy, financial data — is treated as confidential and not shared outside our team without your written consent.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site is error-free. Marketing results illustrated on the Site reflect specific past client outcomes and are not a guarantee of future results for any new engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost data.
You agree to indemnify Zyniq Media against claims, damages, or expenses arising from (a) content you supply to us for use in your campaigns, including IP-infringing materials, and (b) your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to new engagements from the date of update; existing engagements continue under the Terms in effect when they were signed.
