We only collect data you provide directly or that's required to make the website function.

• Contact form data: When you book a strategy call or request a custom quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred meeting time, and project description.
• Job application data: When you apply for a role via our Jobs page, we collect your name, email, phone, years of experience, portfolio/LinkedIn URL, resume file, and cover letter.
• Technical data: Standard log files captured by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent). This is used for security and aggregate analytics only.
• Cookies and analytics: If you accept our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand site usage and measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. You can decline; the site still works.

Form submissions stay in our email inbox until the conversation is closed and reasonable follow-ups are complete — typically no longer than 24 months. Job applications are retained for 12 months unless we hire you, in which case they become part of your employee record. Analytics data is retained according to the providers' defaults (typically 14–26 months).

You have the right to:

• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
